Are you currently in an Alliance? If so, why change now?:Yes K*O*T This was the 3rd server i started. I wanted to try to start my own alliance and built it to be a top 40 alliance but am frustrated because no one wants to do anything or learn how to do anything. I set up gettertools.com which is a site I use frequently and I cant seem to hardly get anyone to sign up. No one wants to do anything. I got to many people that just dont seem to care.
